Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, and – depending on demand – to the United States.


2. Processing & Packing Time

We usually need 2–4 business days to carefully pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping provider.
During busy periods or for pre-orders, processing may take longer. If so, we will inform you via email or on the product page.


3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship with DHL, DPD, Hermes, GLS, or UPS, depending on your location and the best available option for your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 1–4 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • USA (if available): 7–21 business days*

*Please note: Shipping to the USA is currently limited. If shipping to your country is not available, you will be notified during checkout.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your destination and the total weight of your order.

Example rates:

  • Germany: €4.90

  • EU countries: €7.90 to €12.90

  • USA: from €19.90 (depending on weight)

Shipping costs apply regardless of the order value.


5. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available and will be produced especially for you.
The expected shipping timeframe will be mentioned on the product page. If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow the shipment status online.


7. Customs & Import Duties

  • Within the EU, no additional customs or import fees apply.

  • USA: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.


8. Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on weekends or public holidays.


9. Problems with Delivery

If your package is damaged or has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date via customerservice.bpd@gmail.com. We’re here to help.
